Widex India is a joint venture between Widex A/S, Denmark and Mr. T.S. Anand of India. Instituted in October 2000, Widex India has pioneered the introduction of digital hearing aids in the Indian market. Headquartered in Chandigarh, Widex India has established it's presence across the country through it's extensive network of sales offices in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, and Service Centres located in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Widex India has a strong distribution network and is marketing its hearing aids through dealers in all the major cities of the country, as well as, its own diagnostic and dispensing centres - Senso Hearing Centres. These centres provide the hearing Impaired a world of clinical solutions namely, PTA - Pure Tone Audiometry, Impedance Audiometry, SRT - Speech Reception Test, Paediatric Assessment, Free Field Audiometry, Aided Audiogram, Counseling, Hearing Aid Fitting, Hearing aid servicing and repair, Ear mould (Hard & Soft) by U-V LAB.
Senso Hearing Centres are a chain of dispensing centres in India, which are wholly owned and run by Widex. Senso Hearing Centres, are dedicated Hearing Clinics which provide customized and personalized services to people with hearing impairment. In a comfortable air-conditioned ambience along with state-of-the-art gadgets, Senso Hearing Centres offer a whole range of services, making them a one-stop clinic for hearing assistance. These centres are located in Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Jalandhar, Kochi, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Pune and Thane.

Audiological training for dispensers | Widex organizes training programmes and open houses for audiologist and dispensers, from time to time. These programmes are focused on Widex technology, hearing aid selection and fitting for Paediatric and adults. The participants are guided through both technical as well practical aspects. These training programmes ensure that audiologists are kept abreast with new developing technologies and fitting procedures.
 For our Channel partners we organize a dealer meet every year. These dealer meets are a mix of interactive training sessions, award ceremonies and of course a lot of fun and frolic. The channel partner meet is a perfect platform for dealers to interact with each other and hone their sales and marketing skills.
Widex Academy takes wings | Widex Academy is the training wing of Widex India Pvt. Ltd. This academy has been established to train young minds about Widex technology and rationale for amplification. From time to time, Widex Academy, India, conducts seminars/ workshops in speech and hearing schools throughout India. The training imparted includes wide range of paediatric amplification issues and Widex technological solutions to meet the challenges.
Hearing Awareness Programmes | From time to time Widex India organizes Free Hearing Check-up Camps and Hearing Awareness programmes throughout the length and breadth of the country. Thousands of hearing impaired patients are examined at these camps. These initiatives are a part of the Widex India's nationwide effort to reach out to the hearing impaired people.
Widex understands its responsibility towards the society and tries to help the needy hearing impaired people as part of its philanthropic measures. In the past Widex has adopted 20 hearing impaired children of Lady Noyce Secondary School for the Deaf, New Delhi, distributed free hearing aids to children throughout India and contributed to the welfare of the Tsunami victims.

Throughout the year Widex organizes “Doctor Meets” in various parts of India. These meets provide an opportunity to doctors to congregate on a common platform and share information on speech and hearing loss. These meets are widely thronged by specialists and doctors of repute and have been widely acclaimed to benefit the cause of research and solutions for treating hearing problems.
